“Staff was excellent. Property an outdoor amenities like pool area were also great.
Only negative was the Wi-Fi was extremely spotty, especially in the room. ”

“I was really disappointed with my stay. The hotel is very run down and clearly not well maintained. There’s no restaurant on site, which was inconvenient, especially after a long day. To make matters worse, the vending machine was broken, and the ice machine wasn’t working either. Overall, it felt neglected and not worth the price. I wouldn’t stay here again.”

“ Very bad experience anywhere in the beach in the hotel in the restaurant I wasn’t happy but poor Service that have many people to work in lunchtime. Take you 2 1/2 hour to eat taco fish.”

“I had an ocean view from my room, and all of the pools had amazing views. The private Sugar Beach was an extraordinary asset to the overall trip to St. Thomas. In addition, the cost of taxis from the resort to Red Hook was very reasonable, and if using a rental car, the resort is located in an easy-to-access location.”
