“Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. “We loved everything about this place. The staff was very warm and welcoming. Our apartment had plenty of space, comfortable beds, a kitchenette, great showers and a beautiful view of the mountains. The breakfast each morning was a delcious pre-hike feast. The walk into town for shops and restaurants took about three minutes. We had a wonderful time!”

The hotel offers an easy location to get to both while not in the heart of downtown Ortisei. The hotel offers a nice mix of relaxation (pool, silent room, and patio areas) with the access to summer hiking in the area. Great place to stay and really enjoyed our few days there.”
