“Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. The hotel has a top rated restaurant. I cant rate it since I did not eat there. We liked the rooftop. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices. There is no pool in the……

“We loved our three-night stay at Residence Altea! The location was great - very central to the pedistrian-only section of Ortesei and near the veniculars/cable cars to the various mountain hikes. The room was very large and spacious and well-equipped! The breakfast was included and delicious! Monika at the front desk was always helpful and very, very friendly. She had great hiking tips each day based on the weather :) We also took full advantage of the spa ammenities and enjoyed them very much……

The hotel offers an easy location to get to both while not in the heart of downtown Ortisei. The hotel offers a nice mix of relaxation (pool, silent room, and patio areas) with the access to summer hiking in the area. Great place to stay and really enjoyed our few days there.”
