“Wow for customer service. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The room is spacious very new (renovated room). We had mountain views and balcony. I liked that the commode is separated from the shower/tub area. The hotel is walking distance to Alpe di Suisi and Seceda and main town. A good selection of restaurants. The hotel has a top rated restaurant. I cant rate it since I did not eat there. We liked the rooftop. The breakfast buffet was good, lots of choices. There is no pool in the……

“One of the best states of our lives. Everything was new and impeccable. Very quiet and relaxing and state of the yard technology, but old world class and service. Definitely coming back. Family that owns and runs hotel is fantastic. Location is incredible with short walks to three different gondolas or train lifts to go hiking and eat at restaurants. Front desk organize superb E bike tour.”

“With both Seceda and Alpe di Suisi cable cars with min walking distance to hotel it was the perfect location. The hotel offers an easy location to get to both while not in the heart of downtown Ortisei. The hotel offers a nice mix of relaxation (pool, silent room, and patio areas) with the access to summer hiking in the area. Great place to stay and really enjoyed our few days there.”

“There are not enough words to describe the beauty of this resort! They’ve thought of everything from the robes/slippers to a poolside bag.
