Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich sofort nach der Ankunft pudelwohl.Die Lage hinter dem Elbdeich ermöglicht längere und ungestörte Wanderungen in die Umgebung zu Fuß oder per Fahrrad. Der Blick vom Deich auf die Elbe und den dazugehörigen Strand ist fantastisch und man staunt jedes Mal über den regen Schiffsverkehr, der vom einfachen Segelboot bis zu riesigen Containerschiffen reicht.Zur anderen Seite des Hauses schließen sich immergrüne Felder an, sodass man bei Spaziergängen immer wieder die Seele baumeln lassen kann.Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, ist die ideale Verbindung sowohl ins Alte Land (Buxtehude, Jork), zur Metropole Hamburg als auch nach Cuxhaven im Norden.Natürlich ist auch die Nähe zu Stade zu nennen, die keine Wünsche offenlässt, was Museen, Altstadt und Gastronomie angeht.Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Gastgeber sind immer ansprechbar.Manchmal überraschen sie einen sogar mit selbstgebackenem Kuchen oder frischem Brot!Alles in allem beste Voraussetzungen für einen rundum gelungenen Urlaub. :-)

Wart ihr schon bei dieser perfekten Gastgeberin und ihrer süßen Familie zu Gast? Nein!? Dann wird es aber höchste Zeit, denn hier erwartet euch ein ruhiger Urlaub in einem wunderschönen Reethaus. Einladend brannte bei Ankunft schon die Kerze auf dem Esstisch und es wartete eine Flasche Wein auf uns. Unsere Gastgeberin war immer daran interessiert ob es uns an etwas fehlt und ob wir uns wohl fühlen oder irgendetwas brauchen, sodass wir uns so richtig willkommen und wohl gefühlt haben. Was sollte auch fehlen? Es war alles da, selbst Kaffeepulver hat uns unsere Gastgeberin noch reingereicht. Ein Teller selbstgebackener Kuchen stand auf der Treppe, als wir von einem Ausflug wieder kamen, wo hat man sowas schon erlebt? Ganz viel Herzblut und Gastfreundschaft spürt man hier. Es war alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. In unserer eigenen Sitzecke im Garten konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang genießen. Im Wohnzimmer gab es sogar eine Spiel- und Bücherecke für die Kinder. Hier wurde wirklich an alles gedacht, selbst an das Fernglas am Küchenfenster, von dem aus man die vorbeiziehenden großen Schiffe beobachten konnte. Die Saunanutzung wäre auch dabei gewesen, leider sind wir keine Saunagänger aber für alle Saunaliebhaber sicher ein großer Pluspunkt! Mit dem Auto oder dem Rad ist man in 15 Minuten an den touristischen Zielen in Stade, parken ging überall gut. Am Reethaus führt der Radweg direkt vorbei. Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.....
