"I have no complaints about this property. My overall experience was great. The staff were all very professional, and the room was spotless—including the bedsheets and towels. The bed itself was very comfortable, the breakfast was high quality, great water pressure and consistent hot water in the shower, and the secure paid parking made everything easy. "I did the reservation the same day that i would stay in that place. I arrived there and didnt had the acess code, so I tried do call and send messagem from the whatsapp and didnt had any awnser. I waited in the door of the propertie for more than 1 hour and didnt had any response from the owner. So I went to another hotel, and even then I didn had any response form the property owner. I request the refound of the payment!!!"

"We stayed three nights. The room had dust on the floor and I stepped on a toe nail (not mine) in the bathroom. The bathroom floor tiles were badly cracked. The shower over bath had no screen. Breakfast was ok - not great but ok. Staff were ok. The AC came on automatically what appeared to be randomly. Overall, hotel seemed a bit shabby. We should have stayed in the old town."
