「the staffs were helpful and polite very good facilities」

「When I said my mother’s knee is not so well, owner adjusted the room for us. 」

「Hotel was lovely. Marco was very helpful and served a great breakfast. Room was large size, comfortable. Would stay again.」

「Quiet , staff are friendly」

「there's not much for what we've got here but a kid costs 3x euro extra without extra service or bedding. There's no extra cost for all other 8 nights stay in other hotels or hostels so I feel not quite right? we got much noise as we have the first room at the entry... 」

「Staffs are very friendly. Best quality as always」

「Was ok but just very tired and struggling to survive hence a lot of cost cutting, cold pool restaurant closed. Shame really 」

「No air conditioning !!! Traditional radiator heating. Not enough power outlets. No telephone in the room, I had to call the front desk with my mobile phone. Good restaurant. Closes at 10 pm. Last order for one course at 8:30 pm. Extra charge for room service : EUR 25 (approx. USD 30) No receipt ticket for luggage left in the hotel luggage storage room. Reception desk staff from OK to excellent, depending on the person on duty.」

「Breakfast is lovely, lots of choices. My room is wonderful although the bathroom tiles needs more thorough clean as there are black spots in some area. As someone who has allergy, I need to be careful. Otherwise I will recommend this hotel.」
