Property and the room were very clean. The parking on the side we were on was great but the other side is closer to the streat and kind of on an incline. The fixtures that are in the bathroom could be upgraded.

The neighborhood is filled with boarded up houses and dilapidated houses. We felt unsafe and asked for a refund, and were denied. We choose to stay at the IHG in Magnolia and it was very nice. There are safety concerns with this property.

We love staying here when coming to visit our son at SAU. There is plenty of room, it is clean & comfy, and the Hosts are so great and helpful. This is definitely our go-to when in town.
