「10/24住一晚，可能是淡季，似乎我一人包棟，但服務人員還是非常親切地迎接我，隔天七點也已幫我準備好一桌豐盛的早餐，非常窩心。房間很乾淨，但是沒有吹風機，可以向櫃檯借。很安靜，離上楚格峰的車站約5分鐘的步程，非常近。」

「I absolutely loved this hotel. I spent the happiest days of my trip to Europa in innsbruck. The room had everything I needed. The kitchen was also fully equipped, so I could buy ingredients from the supermarket and cook them myself, it made me feel like I live here, thats a very good feeling for traveler. The staff were very friendly and helpful. If you're staying two nights or more, remember to get an innsbruck welcome card.」

「位置很好，有清晰的指示牌，很好找。去景點很方便，週邊屬於住宅區，很清靜。 沒有電梯，我們住5樓，提行李上樓有點難度。46房（3人房）的淋浴間去水有問題，因為是晚上，就沒有通知服務員，去了朋友的房間洗澡。早餐很簡單，味道不錯。唯獨熟雞蛋是冰的，懷疑是直接從冰箱取出來的。」
