"We recently enjoyed a delightful weekend getaway at Chapelton Cottage. The cottage itself is charming and impeccably clean. It has everything we needed for a relaxing stay, including a cozy fireplace, a comfortable bed, a fully-equipped kitchen and many other extras. We were fortunate with the weather and spent most of the evening time outside enjoying a BBQ and the massive firepit. "My husband and I stayed two nights at this sweet oasis while we toured the sites of Edinburgh, Stirling Castle and Falkland Palace. Dawn provided nice quality toiletries, a well-stocked kitchen, excellent hot water pressure, and a very comfortable bed. She greeted us warmly and gave excellent recommendations for places to go in town. (There is a fabulous wood fired pizza take-out place called Casanova and several other restaurants.
