Great house next to farms and Shenandoah National Park

This property was exactly as advertised and provided the perfect retreat after a long day of hiking in Shenandoah National Park. The location is fantastic, and we truly enjoyed our stay. We’ll definitely be returning!

Beautiful Home

This was the perfect place for a sweet family game night, fire pit and s’mores and some beautiful scenery. The house was so pretty and everything was so clean and comfy!

The ceiling fan above the king size bed is very dirty, needs a good dusting.

Shenandoah Valley Family Trip

Our stay was a very good time. The house was updated and very clean. The kids loved the basement which had a lot of kids toys. The homeowner responded to message very fast and was very accommodating. Overall, our stay was fabulous!!

Everything we could possibly have wanted!

Fantastic house for our 3 generation family with our dog. Loved the decor, the luxury linens, comfy beds. Enjoyed the sparkling clean hot tub. Had deer in the yard and our 3 year old loved the cows and the swings and hammock.

Stanley Superb!

Well appointed, kitchen has all you need. House is comfortable with plenty of open spaces and privacy as well. The owner is quick to respond to messages and makes one feel very welcome in the home.

Beautiful area and home

3 days was way too short to spend in the area, we are already planning a return trip! Owners were responsive and accommodating on one small issue, the house was gorgeous and very clean! I loved the decor and feel of the house and the hot tub after a day of exploring and hiking. We'll be back! on one small issue,

Perfect place in the country

If you’re looking for a nice quiet place to relax that’s pet friendly, this is it. We spent four days hiking in the local area and each evening made a fire in the fire pit. The place was very very clean. Our dog loved being outside with us in the afternoons while we relaxed after a day of hiking. It really was the perfect place for us. Cows in the field in the back and deer that came around every afternoon Pretty pastoral, quiet setting. .

Very nicely equipped house and secluded. Enjoyed sitting at the fire pit and stargazing. Great place for a family. Not as close to Shenandoah park as thought but scenic drive there none the less.

Family vacay

We stayed here on a 4 day vacation with our adult children and our grandson. The home was in a nice location and the property was clean and comfortable. The host had provided many extras that we hadnt expected so we had everything we needed and more. The hot tub was clean and hot and the firepit was a great place to reconnect. If traveling in this area we would definitely stay here again and recommend for families.

Delightful

Rarely is a property better than the listing, but this was a great spot, beautiful views, and extremely clean. We plan to be back! Really sweet local barn cats visited us as well.

Beautiful sunset views!

Excellent stay, beautiful sunset views from hot tub. We had a wonderful time making s’mores in the fire pit. The house had plenty of space for six adults and two babies. Lots of toys for the lil ones and pack play was super helpful. Very close to Luray and fort valley ranch for horseback rides. The host was super responsive, thank you!

Great mountain views

Very nice place in a great mountain spot. Clean, nice hosts. Only quibble is that the kitchen doesn't have much beyond the basics. No Tupperware, aluminum foil, etc.

Loved this home!

This home surpassed our expectations. It was very clean, well-stocked and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and the hot tub. When we communicated with the host she was very quick to respond and address any requests. The property was about 10 mins from Luray and about 18 mins from the national park so it was far enough in the country to be secluded but close to amenities. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone visiting this area!

The house is accurate to the pictures and was comfortable for our group, particularly enjoyed the grill and the hot tub. The property is lovely and a short drive to Luray and walking trails. We had an issue with the communication with the property manager, which meant a few probems we signaled via VRBO upon arrival were not resolved. That was frustrating. But the manager was very apologetic post-visit, so probably not an issue moving forward.
