If you're looking for a Beautiful, country environment, book this clean, spacious, Ranch style Home, centrally located between Canandaigua and Geneva! Complete with a full kitchen, dining area, grill & table on the deck, and a large backyard. Main floor master bedroom with a queen bed and bath, 2 additional bedrooms, with a double and queen beds and furnished basement sleeping area with a single, 2 doubles, and a sleep sofa; altogether sleeps 12 people comfortably. Gather around the flickering fire ring in the backyard! Available yardgames are Corn Hole, Volleyball, and Ladder Golf. For rainy days there are more than a dozen inside games to indulge in! Watch the birds at the feeder and occasional deer in the orchard. And relish the gorgeous sunsets!
There is NO TV or WIFI.
The area is surrounded by activities for all! Ontario Pathways is a walking/biking/riding trail. Visit the Windmill in Penn Yan. Rent kayaks in Kershaw Park in Canandaigua, which is 12 min away. Visit Roseland water park and numerous more attractions in Rochester. The Fingerlakes are rich in wineries and nature parks!
