“reservation had to be canceled due to owners system being down and could not update that the rooms were not available ended up going through problems for a refund to be able to go to another location that then also turned into a second problem due to the representative, not giving me and giving the correct info as well as as lied regarding what I was getting back for a refund for my troubles of the first incident and turned out it was my own money took it out half which made me have to pay even……

“If you book through third party you already know its going to be at an exit or a room thats not desirable, therefore i had a little noise problem. But, the front desk staff was phenomenal!!!!!! Rooms were very clean and spacious. Area very safe. Food was great!”

“Room was very spacious. Loved the large bathroom with a great shower. Staff was very nice but one guy at desk checkin seemed very sick…maybe should not have been there. Kick back was ok but opened late. Breakfast was also ok but they ran out of coffee and eggs. Never had the food service be an issue at any Drury. ”

“The bedding was extremely dirty and unacceptable. The sheets had visible hair and skin flakes on them, making it obvious they had not been changed after the previous guest. The pillows were also filthy, with large sweat stains clearly visible. ”

“We had to change rooms 3 times room smells bad had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the room and the room were infested with lady bugs ”

“Very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms were updated, but paint is fading from the bathtub and the stains are becoming visible.”

“The Bathroom. The Pretty Room looked like a picture in a Book & it reminded me of Walmart bedding Department. I’m pleasingly pleased to have spent the night. It would be nice if the drapes had weights to avoid being blown up by the Air Conditioner. I was also pleased with breakfast. The food service staff was so friendly. She made my second waffle prettier than the one I poured.Her service was amazing & appreciated. Every issue I thought I had was addressed & solved.”

“Clean room, breakfast not much at all. Went to McDonald’s instead. No food refilled.”

“My boyfriend got locked out of his room one night and had to sleep in his truck because there was no one available to fix his key card until the mext day. That is horrible. Plus he told them he has to leave a couple days before the week we paid for was up. They didn't refund any of the days he wasn't there. Or compensate for the night he was locked out. Not good customer service.”
