「This property was everything we were looking for. I considered a 4 star, due to the cabanas needing a little TLC, but the overall experience: Host, Location, Privacy, etc were a 5 star. We will be back!」

「What a perfect location being a little out of town but at the perfect distance to easily get there. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The unit was perfect with all the necessary needs plus some. We usually always stay at different location when we travel and the whole family agreed we all want to come back and stay here again.」

「The condos and the surrounding area were top notch. We took advantage of the kitchen and cooked our own meals which we purchased from the store about a 5 minute drive with the golf cart we rented. We had the kitchen stocked and ready for us when we arrived with everything we requested for that night and the next morning which was amazing as it was a long travel day for us. The views are great and the staff does a nice job looking after everything. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Security...

「This place was just great. Really a well kept property. The landscaping was well kept. The pool was cleaned daily and beautiful. The place has a dock that most morning we went out on and read. To get to the property there is a gate and guard. Then they have secirity around all night. We never felt unsafe staying there or anywhere in Belize for that matter. I would highly recommend staying here.」

「Accommodation was very nice, especially the pool. We did have a lot of cockroaches and frogs at night. That needs to be taken care of before I would stay there again. 」

「Loved the beach area and pool. Overall the Beachside Villas was a great place to stay - clean and comfortable. Our particular unit could have used a few upgrades, especially in the kitchen. Not having a full-sized refrigerator was a major disappointment.」

「From the planning to our actual time in Belize, Gecko was amazing. The staff could have not been more friendly, professional, or amazing than they were. Our chef, Omar, was absolutely amazing and cooked us the most amazing food. I did not want to go home to eat crap in the States, lol, his food was so amazing! Our housekeeper, Elda, was so helpful and kept the condo superior the entire time of our stay. I would defiantly use Gecko again for my future Belize trips.」

「The Conmigo Villa was perfect for our big, multigenerational family group of 16! Everything was clean and beautiful and our hosts were responsive to our every need. The kids loved the pool and sandy beach and we all enjoyed the big covered patios and outdoor dining. Our chef took very good care of us too.」

「Very Clean and well maintained grounds. The Apartment was beautifully decorated with beautiful views and close to the pool. Its very safe here and there is a friendly and helpful staff. Close to groceries and villages but just far enuff away from them also. The Beach area is nice and the waters are swimmable which is not always the case here. Id definitely stay here again when in the area! A car or golf cart probably needed if staying here to get to things, but easy driving even from...

「The unit was clean but sparse amenities inside. insufficient towels, lack of basic cook ware and utensils made it almost impossible to cook a basic meal. Painted outdoor furniture was peeling and attached to clothing. 」
