"Schönes Hotel. Tolle Abendevents. Personal zeitweise bei großer Auslastung überfordert. Essen war gut mit Steigerung zur einer gehoberen Küche. Keine Antipasti zu Auswahl die mit gefehlt hat. Zimmer war gut & sauber. Personal war immer freundlich. Wellness und Saunabereich schön und genug Auswahl. Zwei Stilleräume, jedoch kein Aufenthaltsraum wo man sich unterhalten kann.Einen Aufenthalt kann man empfehlen. "

"Would stay at Vaya resort again! The property is stunning and the staff is exceptional. Claudia at the Tiroler Hütte was very nice and the massage therapist Carla was also exceptional. "The location is only a 15-20 min train or bus ride into Innsbruck, but it is a charming mountain village. My room was basic, but had all essentials (comfortable bed and en suite bath) and a lovely Mountain View. Good breakfast included in price. Innsbruck card also included which provided free train and bus transportation into the city. Staff all were friendly and helpful. It was a great value. "

"Honestly, one of my favorite destinations and stays on a long list of places visited. Beautiful views, great spa facilities with use late into the night, and excellent staff. Our room was upgraded and it was simply amazing. The breakfast buffet was of top quality and restaurant served excellent meals. Bed was spacious and comfortable with a great morning sunrise view. Thank you so much for a short but amazing stay. "
