Horrible experience upon arrival--the hotel had messed up our reservation and it was 1.5 hours before we finally were able to get into the room we had already paid for. The staff were nice, but there is a serious glitch in their reservation system. We had done a 3rd party reservation and that company had all the right info. The hotel charged my credit card, then gave my room to someone else, listing my phone and credit card info that would have allowed that person to charge additional items or trash the room and hold me liable. When we arrived, we were told there was no reservation and no rooms available. After much time, effort, and frustration, the assistant manager drove from home and got it sorted out, only after we threatened to call the police for fraud. The room was fine, but by that late hour we were too exhausted to enjoy it.
