“The shower head was inadequate.”

“I’m not sure what went wrong, but when I arrived to check in, they couldn’t find my reservation. Apparently their system didn’t have the information from Expedia. It took almost two hours for them to try to resolve the issue, and during that time I had to go back to my car, drive around, and sit on hold while going back and forth with customer service. I was told an escalating manager would call me back, but that never happened. By the time two hours had passed, I no longer felt comfortable……

“The hotel is kind of ok. It is not worth $175 a night. Maybe $80. The hotel did not smell clean, just musty. I asked for a quiet room, there were loud kiddos above me and beside me. On morning one, we went down for coffee because there was only enough for two cups in our room. The coffee was, at best, lukewarm, and almost empty. There were several staff members standing around and no one offered to make more and watched as we heated it in the microwave. I stated 4 people to our room, so……

“We've stated here multiple times & this was the worst stay. When we arrived to our room, there were zero drinks/snacks available. We went to the restaurant & let the front desk girl know & her response is that sometimes they do that if there are under age kids staying there. No problem, but I would think they might go restock it but that didn't happen.The next day, we were out for the majority of the day & when we returned, it still hadn't been restocked & housekeeping hadn't been in our room. I……

“Tv did not work in the first room given, but the front desk clerk promptly gave me another room with a working TV after troubleshooting the issue with no luck. ”

“Everything was great except coffee maker I’m the room.”

“This is a staffless row of suites across from the Pioneer Pocket hotel. You park right in front of your suite which includes a separate living area, bedroom, and bathroom. The room was clean, featured extra toiletries, and was convenient to downtown dining. This is our new favorite in Lubbock and was very reasonably priced.”

“Great location and amenities. Our bathroom was not clean when we arrived, otherwise great.”

“Room was clean, bed was comfortable and so was the air I didn’t have to adjust temp the entire time I was in room. Tv remote awful.. slow had to down load channel to phone but.. phone was in truck charging because there are no usb ports in room.:( Hotel was over run with families of young children having fun running down hallways I would have preferred to have been located away from all the families. Hotel appears to have taken a star down not what it used to be over the past 8 years I have been……

“Business traveler here. The parking was safe and easy-appreciate the dedicated spots for hotel guests. Communication before check in was very good as this was my first stay there. Room was very clean and loved the decor. Rarely say this- I will plan to end my day earlier to enjoy the hotel and restaurant. Highly recommend. Enjoyed the concept!”
