Monday during checkin and Tuesday morning the hotel was significantly under staffed. Breakfest was not worth the cost and not good compared to Hilton Garden Inns. Rest rooms out of service on main lobby. Credit card reader not working at coffee counter. Coffee maker in room was filthy. I come to State College every year and will hestiate to stay here again.

The first impression was that the lobby was dark and depressing. Even the Christmas decor was not bright and cheery. The room was ok but nothing that really impressed. The worst part was the lack of some kind of breakfast, and the offered breakfast did not have variety and was very expensive for what was offered. All considered, it was a place to sleep but not to enjoy. I would only return if there was no other choices.

Worth the stay
A very adequate hotel. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be addressed in the rooms, for the price and location the stay was great, the staff of the hotel were professional and performed as expected.

It was so noisy which kept us up most of the night. You could hear conversations through the connecting room, which we asked to switch. We will never be back to this hotel

I was greeted with a big smile, efficient work checking in, and pleasantly surprised by the very clean and comfortable room. Then, when I realized I’d left something in the room 20 miles after checkout, the staff made it very easy for me to feel confident that I would get my property back. Even so, as with all accommodations around State College, they are more expensive than they should be.
