Welcome to your Penn State Destination, part 2. This unit is 2 bedrooms, one bathroom that is in close proximity to downtown State College, Beaver Stadium, the Bryce Jordan Center, Pegula Ice Arena, and Tussey Mountain. The apartment is in the basement of my home with its own private entrance. Sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably.

Please note, entry is NOT permitted upstairs unless an alternate route is needed in case of a fire or emergency. If guests are seen entering the main floor, your group will be evicted from the premises without warning or refund.
There are 3 Ring cameras on the entire property that all record motion and audio. Placement of cameras available upon request.
*A Siberian Husky does occasionally stay in the apartment if anyone has allergies to dogs.*
