“This is our second time at this property and it is an absolute gem! House is beautiful and extremely clean and neat. Pool table is awesome. Two master bedrooms with king beds is perfect. Fire pit is a very cool feature. Modern appliances and amenities is exactly what we want. Host is very responsive and checking in and checking out is a breeze. Great proximity to 7 Points marina. With family in the area we’ll book this every summer! ”

“Generally, it was great. The grades were a bit steep for some of us "old timers" (walking our dogs, etc.), but hey... it's in the mountains... right??? Very pretty. We did have an incident with our A/C and water, due to a lighning strike, but Eric and Mike were quick to respond, and went out of their way to solve the problem quickly (and at no small expense). A great family reunion, and we made many memories.”

“Everything about this place was perfect. Size: there are few places that offer 40 beds. Our group of 22 adults were thrilled we could all stay under one roof. Location: Just 30 minutes from Beaver Stadium. Nestled away on a quiet road but still a short drive to a Rutter’s. Amenities: Full kitchen, large dinning room, and right next to a playground equipped with sports equipment. We have been doing Penn State tailgates for several years now. This will be where we start our planning going……

“The property was very clean, maintained, stocked well, and has great views of the mountains. It accomodated our party of six just fine. Detached from the main house, there is huge covered area with a blackstone for grilling. There is also a firepit.Sher was a great host; communication was quick. The washing machine broke during our stay. She came over within a few minutes, offered to do our laundry, and had a repairman out the next morning. The property feels secluded, but is a short drive to……
