“The hotel is located is very convenient region. The room is spacious with great view. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. They guided us patiently how to take the public transport to the Neuschwanstein Castle and Hohenschwan Castle. ”

“房間比一般酒店大，樓底高且充滿空間感。浴室亦很大，有足夠地方放衣服。但可惜花灑頭座崩毀了，使用不便。早餐選擇豐富，職員親切有禮。雖然設施較舊，但可以接受。”

“I love this place! It has a very nice garden. If you are in the garden in sunset time, you will see the hill turns pink with the reflection of the light. It was the magic moment. The room is very nice. Outside the windows are trees, it made me felt like I was in the forest. There is also a nice bathtub with a little window looking at the trees. I felt very relaxed there. I booked for one person room, but the room is so big that I don't think it's a single bedroom. The breakfast is nice too.……

“非常感謝飯店老闆AweHe，因為我們計劃到楚格峰，行前發現GP小鎮的纜車停駛，還好有她幫忙詢問及規劃提供資訊，改由奧地利方向坐纜車上楚格峰，讓我們如願以償登上德國第一高峰；也順路造訪上阿瑪高小鎮 ，欣賞古老傳統建築的濕壁畫及宗教藝術作品，非常棒的行程！ 工作人員笑容可掬而且服務熱心，幫我們購買及預約城堡的入場時間及其他相關資訊！ 飯店早餐非常豐富美味，尤其是起司、多種風味～還有我從未嚐過的辣椒、蔥、太妃糖口味，滿足了我的味蕾；歐姆蕾也是我吃過最好吃！ 此次預定飯店就是選擇避開吵雜的車站，離景點走路可達；可惜我們2間房都是靠近馬路，飯店門口馬路正在施工，挖土機早上7點就開始，機器非常吵、又影響我們從停車場出入，實在不是很好的環境！看評價時都說房間看的到新天鵝堡，可惜我們的陽台只有工程車及灰塵，不敢開窗！”
