“I am writing to share my experience regarding my recent stay at Snow Valley Heights, located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India. Unfortunately, my experience was not satisfactory. The room provided to me was not the same as shown in the pictures during booking. The overall condition and hygiene of the room were below expectations and did not reflect the standards portrayed online. Additionally, I had booked a room inclusive of breakfast. However, I was still charged separately for breakfast,……

“Good sized room with very good amenities. The eoom was at the end of coiridor so it was quiet. Housekeeping staff was polite and helpful. Breakfast options were good wirh hot food and cold food options”

“Friendly and helpful staff, clean room and lobby, great view.”

“The front desk was super gracious polite and helpful. They even gave free upgrade because bathroom of Scottish villa room wasn’t pristine clean. The property is very elegant for nature lover wanting peace and getaway from city crowd but still being inside the city. ”

“Decent sized clean room with a comfortable bed. Good choice for breakfast and dinner. Attentive and helpful staff In particular Pooja. Nice swimming pool overlooking the valley, just a shame that it is not heated. Had an excellent massage at the spa ,albeit it was a bit pricey. ”

“This is a very nice resort hotel with beautiful views over the hills. Ideally situated within 10 min walk to the main Mall plaza. I recommend this resort, and would gladly come again in the future.”

“No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid. The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more.”
