“The hotel did not honour my booking and I had to try to find another hotel at 10 o’clock at night. They claimed they do not deal with hotels.com and couldn’t locate my booking, even although I had paid in full and had the confirmation paperwork.

“It"s s fraud hotel. Do not book rooms in this hotel. I booked 1 room for 5 days and paid the money online. Later I called the hotel and tried to cancel the booking so instead of cancelling the booking they asked me to contact Expedia. I contacted Expedia and they said they will contact the hotel for refund. They received the response from the hotel that they will not refund my money. So this hotel has zero customer care . My advice to Expedia that they should blacklist this hotel.”
