The Hyatt Sierra Lodge was a perfect location with great activities for everyone - walking trails, the Beach, hiking, biking, snow capped mountain views, cool dry air, perfect sunny skies, visiting all over Lake Tahoe including Incline Village, Heavenly, Emerald Bay, Tahoe City, Squaw Valley, and King's Beach. "I checked into this hotel with my family and found our room extremely hot because the air conditioner was not working. Although a technician came and adjusted the settings, the temperature did not improve even after more than two hours. When I asked the property manager for a different room, he refused to provide one, so I decided to check out and requested a full refund. I was given a receipt with no resort or parking charges and told to contact Orbitz for the refund, but so far neither Orbitz nor the hotel has refunded any of my money. On top of this, the property manager was very rude and unhelpful, which made an already bad experience even worse. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this hotel."
