“Property was very clean and well equipped. Rooms are small but if you use the balcony, it suffices. Beds are very firm and comfortable. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. Location was amazing - we were walking distance to many attractions such as the Lungomare, restaurants, the port, 2 to 3 castles, and supermarkets for the essentials. This place has an elevator, which was a must for us with our bags. There are no pools or gyms, front desk etc. Check in was self serve. Very well……

“We loved this spot in the heart of the Spanish Quarter! Yuri was super helpful and friendly and the room was perfect for a family of 4. We were right next to restaurants and shopping as well as the port for ferries to the Amalfi Coast and Capri. The bathroom was huge and there were 2 small balconies. It was a wonderful spot- would stay there again!”

“Wonderful apartment in a great location in Naples! The apartment was very clean, spacious and bright. The beds and furniture were comfy and the kitchen was equipped with everything, including coffee and tea. The bathroom was spotless, and water pressure was great. “We had a great stay! Communication was great. Emailed the morning of with very specific details which was very helpful. Location of hotel was perfect, near the port and shopping. Skyhouse gave us the name of a driver they use to help people get around and he was amazing! We used him many times throughout the stay, honest and great guy! Took the worry out of having to get a taxi. Great service start to finish!”

“Location is good, quiet and close to the center. The room itself is nice, spacious and recently renovated. Beware that the steps up are substantial. Also, this is essentially a renovated apartment and the « lobby » is right outside the door of all the rooms, which makes for a noisy morning. ”

The property is situated very conveniently near Via Toledo with a 5 min walk t the metro and only 20 mins to Centro Storico on foot. Great cafes literally at the front door for breaakfast with excellent coffee supplied in the rooms. “Great location and very good service. A new comer may be confused because there is no sign in the location. My challenge was there was a smell of smoke in the room although it was not a smoking place. Not sure if the owners could have controlled this.”
