Just don’t stay here
"First we get an email with a key code, no desk person on duty, then we can’t get to the hotel because the roads are closed due to some event, then when we finally arrive and get to our room it’s small, hot and noisy. The street noise itself was absurd but we were tired so we just dealt with it, it was so hot and advertised as having AC which it did not but we could not open the window due to the noise so again we just dealt with it. Overall this was one of the worst hotels we stayed in during our 3 week trip in Norway. I get it’s a budget hotel but I’ve stayed in hostels that were better for far less money. "
