The holiday park exudes tranquillity and has various facilities such as a swimming pool, restaurant, tennis court and playground. For more information, please visit the website of holiday park "Oud-Kempen".
This house immediately gives you a holiday feeling. No lack of space because the house has been extended on the ground floor compared to the other houses on the park and because of the 2 dormers on the first floor.
This 6-person holiday home is located on a plot with a private enclosed garden, a short distance from the village of Stavenisse. Here you will find a supermarket, a harbour, restaurants, a beach and several diving spots. There are also hiking and cycling routes nearby.
Through the garden room / veranda you reach the house. This is a lovely space to stay and enjoy overlooking the garden. An electric awning over the roof is provided for hot days. The garden room is not equipped with heating.
From the garden room you reach an open hallway with fixed cupboards behind which you will find a washing machine. The open fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, 4-burner gas hob, extractor fan, combination oven and dishwasher. Basic appliances such as a kettle, toaster and coffee machine with capsules are also provided.
Next to the kitchen, there is an intermediate hall with space for coats and shoes and access to the bathroom. The bathroom is fully tiled and has a walk-in shower, thermostatic tap, hanging toilet, design radiator and a nice vanity unit.
The living room is nice and bright due to the large and many windows and extra spacious due to the extension. There is a sliding window with direct access to the garden. All windows have mosquito nets, blinds and an extra blackout curtain.
The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs. A high chair is also available. The sitting area with smart TV is ideal for relaxing after a busy day. Wifi is provided throughout the house, making working from home also a possibility.
From the living room you reach the bedroom on the ground floor, which is about 12.5 m2. The bedroom has 2 single box springs measuring 90cm x 200cm. These can easily be placed together as a large double bed.
The beds are equipped with a pillow and single duvet. The bedroom has space for a cot (to be provided by yourself).
The spiral staircase leads to the first floor where you can access the 2nd bedroom. Here too, there are 2 single box springs measuring 90cm x 200cm, which again can easily be placed together. The beds are equipped with a pillow and single duvet. There is also a spacious closet at your disposal.
On the first floor is a loft which is used as a 3rd bedroom. Here you will find a double bed of 140cm x 200cm. The bed is equipped with 2 pillows and a double duvet.
Sheets/quilt covers and towels are not provided.
If required, a towel set for €5/p.p. and/or a sheet set for €8/p.p. can be hired on site from the park manager.
The sunny garden features a terrace with decorative paving, ornamental garden and a luxury stone shed with double doors. This is ideal for storing bicycles, diving equipment, etc. The shed can be left locked and is equipped with light and electricity. There is also patio furniture to enjoy the sun. For those who prefer some shade, there is also an awning.
The village of Stavenisse is located at the head of the island of Tholen. From the Oosterschelde estuary, you sail straight into the village harbour. It is a small but cosy village for those seeking peace and quiet and water sports enthusiasts. You can enjoy swimming, surfing, diving, sailing or supping here. The underwater world of the Oosterschelde is among the most beautiful in the Netherlands. You can also discover the island of Tholen by bike.
Bergen op Zoom can be reached within 25 minutes and via the A-4 motorway you can reach Rotterdam or Breda in around 50 minutes.
