「Great house which we have stayed in before and enjoy so we returned! Easy to find the house and lovely views across the sea. Lovely social lounge area for all the guests to be able to relax and enjoy. The hot tub addition this year was great and works for the size of property. Lights down to hot tub - feels quite dangerous going down the steps in the dark. Check heating ahead of guests arrival in winter so it’s not cold. Fresh escapes were keen to work out how to resolve boiler issues....

「Great location, but some room for improvement Great location, just a stone’s throw from the main beach in Torquay. The flat had all the amenities we needed for cooking, which was a plus. Unfortunately, there were a few things that let the stay down. The dining table only seats two people, despite the flat accommodating four. This meant our children had to sit at the table while we ate standing at the kitchen counter. Although the toilet looked clean, there was a noticeable smell of urine. The...

「The advert on the hotels.com website did not match the facts of the stay. The advert states free parking it was not it cost me £30 for the stay. We spoke to the owner who stated that the advert was not placed by him. It was the fault of hotels.com as he does not use them you get your info from a 3rd party All I know is that I am £30 out of pocket. The stay was good as I can not blame hotels.com for all the rain.」
