Champernowe is a cosy, welcoming property located in a beautiful hamlet with countryside views – it’s ideal for a couple and their pet!. All on the Ground Floor:

Open plan living space.

Living area: TV

Dining area.

Kitchen area: Electric Oven, Gas Hob, Microwave, Fridge/Freezer

Bedroom: Double (4ft 6in) Bed

Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Gas central heating, gas, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer available on request. Garden with picnic table, chairs and barbecue. Parking. No smoking.. Champernowe is situated in a lovely hamlet, with country views from all windows and a south-facing aspect. Enjoying its own garden, it stands adjacent to the owner’s house, just a mile from 14th-century Dartington Hall, with its garden walks (open to visitors), 14th-century Cott Inn – a thatched public house/restaurant, and the Cider Press Craft Centre. Totnes, 2 miles, offers a choice of shops, weekly market, swimming pool/health suite, museums, historic buildings and riverside walks. Explore Dartmoor National Park, 6 miles, and the beaches of South Hams and Torbay, 15 miles. Shops 2 miles.

Nice pleasant location with lovely views friendly owners and available when needed. Our only issue was to learn there wasn't an outside dinner/garden table to eat our B.B.Q. in the extensive garden

Great location to get away from it all!

Stayed four nights and were blessed with great weather. Really quiet location but only a few miles off the dual carriageway. Easy access to Dartmouth, Kingsbridge and Paignton with Goodrington being dog friendly and also not too far away. Accommodation itself was clean and tidy and provided everything we needed. Field beyond the garden was great for the dog and quiet lanes also good for early morning "walkies"! Happy to recommend!
