Great place for 2 families

3 bedrooms and 3 full baths make this condo ideal. The shuttle service is top notch. It comes every15 minutes and on demand in the evenings.

Beautiful property

Stayed here for a long weekend with our kids. We loved this property! The kids spent lots of time on the balcony watching wildlife, and even spotted a few bears. The beds were comfortable, and the space was very clean.

Family Escape

We booked a four night ski trip to Steamboat and had a fabulous time. Used the short shuttle ride to the resort frequently and never waited more than a few minutes. Perfect getaway for a 3-generation family vacation.

Good location, shuttle to the ski base was convenient. the apartment was spacious and comfortable, it was in clean condition. unfortunately the heat in the living room was not working, so the living room and upstairs landing got quite cold at night.

Overall quite nice, 4/5 for sure. Shuttle service is awesome! Could use a bit of TLC on maintenance (fireplace fan not working, upstairs shower drain clogged, other minor maintenance needs). Note, not walkable in general, its a the top of a big hill. Steamboat is a dream!

good but...

The property itself was as advertised. It was clean and enough for family of 5 with 3 teenagers. Plenty of bed space with four year bunk beds, a queen in the bedroom and a queen in the loft. The problem we had was when we arrived the digital keylock was not working and was in the "deadbolt" mode so there were no numbers on the screen to use the combination. It was after hours so we called the emergency number which was a call center not in steamboat. They called the person on call locally but nobody came. When we spoke to the manager of the call center, he noted that they do not get any confirmation that the on-call person received their messa and just assumed that the message was received. So after lugging all of her luggage to the apartment we had to reload the car at 10:00 at night and find a hotel to stay. The next day the local management was in the office and were most pleasant and helpful. They refunded our money for the night where we could not get in. However the whole experience was not a great way to end the day after a long plane ride and car trip. Otherwise the location was good. You can walk to the base which is about a 10-15-minute walk depending on conditions but walking home is all uphill and is a little arduous after a day on the slopes with all your gear. There is a shuttle which comes by pretty regularly in the morning but getting back is a little more difficult w/ less consistent shuttle service from Retreia because of all the people leaving

Everything was good. The only disappointing thing was the gas fireplace was broken and it was after hours on Friday night that we discovered that it was broken. We didn’t receive any return calls from the property management co during our stay.

Condo has a nice spacious layout. Great opportunity and environment to sit out on the deck. The kitchen and living room furnishings are nice. The bathrooms are updated nicely.

Holiday Travels

Stayed in Steamboat with family (4 adults and 4 teenagers) over the holidays. Unit was the perfect size and the open floor plan allowed everyone the space to be comfortable. Walkable to the base but it is very uphill on the way back. Shuttle service was amazing - loop service to and from the mountain and booked a trip to and from dinner one evening. Would highly recommend.

Yampa Valley Success

We really enjoyed our stay here in Yampa Valley for our Ski Trip this past weekend. We got to the unit which was clean, orderly, and had a beautiful view of the Valley. The unit is located nearby the ski lifts, but not walking distance (Or ski in - Ski Out). There is a local shuttle that runs every 15 mins to the lift, and the ski lifts are the first stop! Overall a great unit that fit 8 of us comfortably. For the price you really cannot beat it. Would stay here again!

Beautiful

The condo is updated and was perfect for 8 people! The property sits up pretty high above Steamboat and cooled nicely in rhe evening. We didnt have issues with parking, but only two spots allowed per unit. The only thing that needs fixing is the upstairs shower door...it would catch and we were afraid it could break and hurt someone. Great spot. We will be back.

It was spacious. It got very hot upstairs until about 2 am then it started cooling down. Bring a box fan to suck out the hot air. The furniture and appliances are out of date. The beds were a tad bit hard but other than that, great, convenient location and spacious place. Looks just like the pictures!
