Dont forget your snowshoes, then just cross the road, walk up a few yards and follow a quiet trail leading you up to gorgeous, grand views of the slopes. Come in summer and you’ll find a landscape in bloom, where sunny days can be filled hiking, mountain biking or exploring nature trails.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
The gorgeous living room displays vintage ski art, has vaulted ceilings, clean, light colored carpet and rustic timber accents. Armchairs and a sofa gather around a tile-surround fireplace. You’ll be happy to snuggle up and dim the lights in this cozy room, with a flat screen TV to keep you entertained.
Wander to an open-concept kitchen/dining area beneath a ceiling of white wood beams. Prep meals in a compact but functional kitchen with light wood cabinets. Uncork a chilled bottle of wine from the fridge while dinner simmers on the stove, then grab a stool at the bar area with seating for 4. Serve piping meals at a glass dining table lit by an eclectic light fixture.
Later, head out to a roofed deck area just off the living room. Grab a seat at an outdoor table with seating for 4. Sip hot chocolate and watch the snow fall on winter evenings against a backdrop of pines, relax in the sauna, or cook up a grilled feast for your group on the gas grill.
When you’re ready to crash, head upstairs and slumber in one of 2 light-filled bedrooms. The spacious master is the pick of the bunch with high ceilings, a sumptuous Queen size bed, a soft sofa and an inviting sitting nook awash with natural light. Xfinity XD DVR Voice Remote.
The loft features lots of windows, a 3-seater sofa and an elevated loft bed accessed by a 4-step ladder (note: to get to the loft you must go through the master bedroom where there is a glass door separating the two rooms). The master bath is shared between these two rooms.

Bringing a crowd? A full bath on each level of the house means there’s plenty of space for everyone to get washed and ready for the day.
THE LOCATION
you’re just a 10-minute walk from Thunderhead Ski Lift. Spend the day tearing down the glistening slopes of Steamboat Resort - In summer, head out hiking or mountain biking amid soaring mountains and wooded hillsides.
Our fabulous alpine location also has a whole host of dining options to pick from. Enjoy casual bites, classic burgers and succulent ribs at Slopeside Grill or grab tables at Cafe Diva for hearty game dishes and delicious veggie options - both around 5 minutes by car.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
