Great Spot in Steamboat!

This was my 2nd stay at this property and it is in a great location. Easy walk to slopes and fun activities for summer. It is comfortable, clean and the view is spectacular from the balcony! Will definitely be back again.

Very nice condo. Great view of the slopes.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The free shuttle service was incredible. Picked us up at the front door of complex and took you anywhere in Steamboat.

Condo was in a great location and provided everything we needed. I would suggest some minor updates

Very easy process from booking to checking in to rentals etc. we didn’t use the shuttle as we had a car but this was a great option. Very organized and well run.

Great location and easy ski in/out

This is a nice and clean unit that’s easy for ski in/out. Beds were comfortable and the pool and hot tub were nice. The kitchen could use some updated cookware and the ice maker didn’t work.

Best view EVER

We have done several Vrbo trips but this was our first ski resort and we could not have been more pleased! The check-in/ out is smooth & easy, the view is the best Mountain View one could ask for with sparkling Christmas trees and ski slopes full panoramic, nuclear hot shower, clean space with with views from every room, nicely equipped for a comfortable stay down to Aveda toiletries. We highly recommend Saddleback Ranch snow tubing and snowmobile tour as well! Thanks so much for providing a safe way for us to escape the long Covid stretch! It was the BEST winter vacation!!!

Great location, you can walk to the Steamboat Resort!

We really enjoyed our stay in the condo! The layout of the condo was just perfect for our trip. The bedroom with two queen beds was perfect for my husband, my son and I and the other bedroom with one bed was perfect for our friends. The mattresses are pretty firm. The kitchen was nicely appointed and the bathrooms were updated. The condo was very clean. We loved having a balcony that overlooked the Steamboat Resort and it was a quick walk down to enjoy the mountain coaster, gondola and other summer activities. The check-in and checkout processes went very smoothly and they even let us check out a little later. I loved that they texted us during our stay to make sure we were doing well. The pool and hot-tub in the building were not open yet but that is due to COVID19. Most of the pools in the area were closed. I would definitely stay here again!

Good Value

The unit was clean and as described. We made last minute plans to stay here and the initial responsiveness with the owner and management company was poor. A freak summer snowstorm delayed our arrival. The after hours check in process was a little clunky. The biggest disappointment was not being informed the parking deck to our complex was closed due to construction and trying to find parking spot at night In an unfamiliar place was an unpleasant experience. The noise from the parking deck construction was irritating at times. The management company was helpful in working with us to modify our reservation which was appreciated. The kitchen is adequately supplied but could use some nicer coffee mugs rather than the small little teacup sizes. Mattresses were “ok”, other units had seating on the balcony which would be nice, could not get one of the bedroom TVs working. Overall furnishings were nice.

Beautiful views

Large windows in both bedrooms and living room give way for beautiful views of the slopes and Christmas lit trees from condo to village.

A beautiful spot . Nice decor and amenities. We will definitely choose this condo again . Eventually you will need to upgrade the 2 double mattress to same firmness level as the master.

Thanks, everything was wonderful and the place was great. Nice views! Check in and out was easy. Condo was clean, comfy and cozy. Our 10 mo old had no problems staying in the unit for the 4 days we were there.
