You'll be right across the street from Steamboat Ski Resort, where you'll find all the winter skiing you've been waiting for. Spend the day in Steamboat Village then come back to relax your tired muscles in the community hot tub before stretching out on the suite's bed to watch your favorite movies and shows on the TV. The kitchenette will make preparing meals a cinch, and the balcony is a great place to wake up with your morning coffee.

What's nearby:
Sure to satisfy the dreams of any winter enthusiast, Steamboat Ski Resort is the place to go for spectacular skiing - Stampede and Lil' Rodeo for beginners and Headwall North and Vogue for advanced skiers are just a few of the ski runs you'll enjoy. Summer guests have plenty to look forward to as well, with hikes at Sanctuary Trail and Fetcher Pond.

Clubhouse amenities will be available for use within the following hours: Hot Tub & Pool facilities will be open from 10 am to 8 pm, Gym facilities will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm, and our Clubhouse Game Room will be accessible from 8 am to 8 pm.
This is a multi-level property without elevator access.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Good location

Little bit of a hike to the base but the free shuttle is awesome. Friendly and attentive staff. Heated pool and hot tubs were great. The bathroom was so tiny the bathroom and kitchen shared the same sink which was not ideal.

Property description and photos were intentionally misleading. The property is listed as having 1800 square feet and shows images of a stairwell, scenic views through the windows, and plenty of space. However, these are images from the entire complex, not the room you are renting. While images of the room were in the gallery, you would never be able to guess which ones they are until after staying here. Upon arrival, we noticed our pillows were dirty. Also, the toiletries were unusable (shampoo bottle filled with water from shower/previous use). Finally, we were expecting to have covered parking, but they ran out of room and had us park in another designated overflow area. Then, on our last night, one of their shuttle vans hit our car. I would only stay here as a low budget option, but I would not spend the money we did again here. As a positive, the location is very good.

Where this review loses stars was in the late check in process. I knew we would not be able to make it into town until 8-9 pm on Friday night due to work constraints. In an effort to be proactive, I called the front desk on Thursday to discuss the process of late check in as the front desk closes at 6pm. The woman on the phone proceeded to tell me that the keys will be in a lock box and they will call me Friday to give instructions for access to said lock box. Fast forward to Friday after work, I did not receive any phone call. We get in to town at around 9pm. I call the number for security and there is no answer. I begin slightly panicking that we will have no where to sleep that night. I wait 5 minutes and call again and am answered by a man who sounded like I was inconveniencing him by asking to let us in. We head to the apartment to wait for him to let us in. We walk in the complex after a very rude interaction with the “security”. I use the key on a room with the same number as the unit we rented and it opens the door to a unit which does not match the rental pictures. I was able to open the door to someone else’s unit, which was extremely concerning. Luckily I do not believe it was occupied at the time. I then use the key on the other door which worked and matched the rental pictures. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and concerning. I

Comfortable studio, very close to the gondola. Impeccably cleaned and appointed. A smaller dining table or a queen instead of a king size bed would allow for a comfortable chair for tv watching.

Fun time skiing!

The unit was perfect for us. Transportation to the gondola, restaurants, and downtown was easily arranged at no extra cost through the Vacasa phone number. We enjoyed the hot tub after skiing! Excellent location for a wonderful stay!

TV needs to change! There's a cable lineup in the room BUT NO CABLE! I want LOCAL TV for news about the area. Also because it's a FIRE TV....no network channels! Couldn't watch any of the NFL playoff games. Couldn't even cast my phone to TV and watch "my" stuff! Check out is 10am?!? Sorry that's just not realistic! Check in at 4pm?!?! Neither is that! They did allow me in at 1pm thankfully! When you fly in, YOU HAVE NO TRANSPORTATION! All you bags are in hand! The bathroom is too small, got cold doorknob on my butt tryin to get in the shower! For the good stuff.....ITS CLOSE! If you want you can walk to the ski area. Don't wanna walk, take the private shuttle, they run every 15 mins. (you'll still have a bit of a walk once they drop you off) Shuttle will take you ANYWHERE.....restaurants, grocery store, liquor store, hot springs....one call that's all) Hot tub, heated pool and sauna are really nice to have. It's very quiet and cost per night was same as Holiday Inn. Would stay again for sure!

short weekend stay

We were just up from Denver for a weekend away and really enjoyed our stay. The check in process was easy, the room was clean and had everything we needed. The only limitation was the size of the bathroom (toilet and shower/tub). It would be difficult to shut the door if you are a bigger person.

Card keys in checking packet didn’t work. Security staff who let us in had no means of correcting this. Listing described a DVD player, we could not locate it. No explanation/note telling where it is.
