Great stay!

We had a great experience staying at this property. It was easy to check in, there was plenty of space for a group and the hot tub was a bonus! I would recommend this location for others.

Thanksgiving family gathering

Wonderful place to make family memories. Lots of room, comfy beds, beautiful views they made sure the hot tub was serviced the day we arrived. Enjoyed our stay.

Family Mini Vacation

Steamboat Haven!

This Vrbo was the perfect place to stay for a long weekend in Steamboat! The views, the living spaces, the hot tub, the firepit; everything was perfect! It was such a pretty area and we even got to see a bear in our back yard. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay

The house was as described with a gorgeous view. The location was great for getting to the ski resort as well as downtown. The house was clean and had everything we needed. The dining table was actually larger than pictured and could fit our group with the built in bench seating. Would definitely recommend!

ski vacation

nice place. great view. well stocked. probably not a good place for people who want to use shuttle bus- too far to walk in ski boots while carrying skis, and very uphill at end of day. great place if you plan to drive everywhere.

Steamboat Springs Amazing Vacation

We had such a wonderful time! The home was perfect size. Great communication and ease of check in and check out process was appreciated. House was well stocked with kitchen items as well as linens. We will definitely be back. Thank you!

Bachelorette Weekend

The space was perfectly situated with access to the mountain for our ski/bachelorette weekend combo. It provided ample space for our whole crew with plenty of bathrooms and gallons of hot water. The kitchen was extremely well appointed. The hot tub and firepit were lovely. The hosts gave thorough instructions to make sure their neighbors were respected and we were very impressed by that. We are already thinking about booking it again next year.

The Perfect House

This house was amazing for my group of 12 ladies. We cooked every meal and had everything we needed. Could have used a blender, but wasn’t critical. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable! We loved hanging on the back porch enjoying the sounds of nature and hot tub. The beds were all comfy and had plenty of linens and spares. We hope to be back!

Girls Bachelorette

We stayed here to celebrate my upcoming wedding and it was THE BEST!! It was a perfect set-up with everything we needed plus some!! It was so awesome that the kitchen was stocked with things like salt, pepper, cooking oil, dish soap, etc. We hiked Fish creek falls, went to the strawberry hot springs and checked out the town and it was close to everything. It was awesome hanging in the hot tub on the back deck and soaking it the mountain views on the front deck. Stay here and you won't be upset about it!! We all definitely hope to return one day!!

Great Stay With Fall Colors

The property is well maintained and appointed. We enjoyed hikes and dining in the area, and mostly loved relaxing on the patio with the spa and fire pit. We watched hot air balloons and hang gliders overhead, and enjoyed the spa and fire pit. We even saw some wildlife from there! I would suggest one improvement. The shower tubs on the main and lower levels do not drain as you shower, so maybe they need a check. A small annoyance during a fabulous stay. Our property manager, Brianna was so nice and so helpful. Thanks!

Beautiful Steamboat Rental

Cannot stress enough how beautiful the view from this rental property is. If I had the money, I would buy it. Excellent house for a group trip with a listing that is 99% accurate. Only downsides were a car parked in the garage already, causing some parking complications because we had a big group, and the cleaners showing up *exactly* at 10am checkout, rather than giving us a 5-10 minute buffer. Also, while not listed anywhere in the instructions, I think the homeowners should provide hot tub cleaning chemicals and instructions on how to run the cleaning cycle. Would rent here again!!

Nice place, lacking a bit in management/cleaning supplies

Great place, but it didn't have some bare essentials like dishwasher or dish soap. We tried to call and couldn't get through so left a message. We heard back right when we left. The grill was not working, which was unfortunate. As mentioned, great place, but it could use a bit more attention to standard rental place items (e.g. cleaning supplies, etc)

Awesome property

Would stay again in a heartbeat! We stayed for a 4 day Labor Day weekend. The hot tub stopped working on the 3rd day and even though they couldn’t fix it before we left they did everything they could to try to remedy it. Two thumbs up!

Convenient and Clean

Overall it was good with a few minor issues that were to be expected. The bedroom downstairs was cold, had to use extra blankets and the toilet downstairs would not flush correctly. The Shower drain on the main floor would not go down fast, need to clean it out. When it snowed we were not able to get up the driveway because it had turned to ice. We parked on the circle and moved the cars the next morning. Otherwise the Family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place

We really loved the stay and view. Check in was easy and for the most part the place was clean. Only bad thing we could say would be some hair was in the master shower and some dishes were put away dirty. Over an we were really happy with the stay.

Great place for all ages!

Overall the house itself was perfect. My complaint is after paying full price (non-refundable) on here, they started emailing me promotional discounts for the same timeframe we rented. They sent the promo emails within days of my booking. I emailed and explained how frustrating this was because I felt like I overpaid by booking 6 months in advance. Now you send me promos. I also called the agent two weeks before because, as I tried to book things for our stay, I realized the town activities shut down after Labor Day. I contacted her and voiced my concern. I tried to shorten our stay by 2 nights so we could stay somewhere with more activities. She said it was too late to change it but offered to find some other activities for us. She said she would research the area and call me back with some suggestions. Well, still waiting on that phone call or email. No response. We figured it out.
