I really liked this place, it was very clean and very accommodating. The owner was very responsive and met me in person to assure that my stay was enjopyable. The view is fantastic. The area is safe and clean. All accommodations were provided for incl a BBQ and Hot Tub. I love steamboat springs and would not hesitate to stay there again

This property has 2 units A&B. We stayed in unit A. The family staying above lived normally but the noise from them simply walking reverberated through the unit shaking windows and sliding doors. We could hear their phone conversations. The promise of a private deck was not private due to the access stairs and dogs utilizing the grass area. The upstairs client also commented on the awkwardness of these units. They should not rent these units at the same time. Our trip was ruined and i trip simply said to leave and would not reimburse us if they couldn’t re rent the unit.

The condo was great. Had all the amenities we needed for a family of 5 with a dog. Everything was clean, it is close to the mountain and we will likely come back. Since there are 2 units, you could use for a larger gathering as well.
