After traveling all day, upon arrival, we had to call the management company because unfortunately I was given absolutely no check in imstructions. Finally after receiving the text (I should have received with all instruction before check in, info/details during stay, check out), locating the lockbox, and then walking 3 buildings over from the main lobby (up and down stairs with heavy luggage) we enter the unit. Fireplace didnt work at initial ignite. And didn't work majority of the entire stay. Listing stated it was new(er) and "luxury"--definitely not the description I would have given. The pics are deceivong. Building/property is definitely older, so my thought is the unit was refreshed/updated, that is what should of been stated. Again, based on description, a completely different image was given. Drain in master shower was clogged. Water rose while in the shower. Toliet clogged and overflowed several times. Rugs were stained. Unfortunately the complimentary valet shuttle service to the mountain wasn't conducive, as this property is the 1st pick up stop so you have to ride it for 15-20 mins, to all other stops We walked instead as it was surprisingly around 1/3 mile to the mountain/village. Thank goodness our ski rental spot held our equipment (on the mountain) so we didnt have to lug it the walk. Overall, we would not stay here again and especially not pay the ridiculous, over priced seasonal rate.
