We had such a great time at this condo in Stramboat, it had everything we needed and more. It’s a great easy location and the on-call shuttle was a plus!

Comfortable, clean quick walk to gondola & hot tubs. Well appointed kitchen. We had a blast on our 5 day Steamboat ski trip!

We were 4 people looking to ski in/ski out. While you do have to walk about 3 minutes to the gondola that takes you to the base, you don't have to get in a car/shuttle. The location is great. The place isn't the most modern but it does the job and is comfortable.

This was a great place to stay during our recent spring ski trip. The wildhorse gondola is just down the street, which made getting to and from the mountain very easy. The condo itself was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed. Particularly enjoyed the kettle for some tea in the evening!

The unit was perfect, exactly as advertised for living space. the amenities were far better then expected, free shuttle service was really a cherry on top of it all. I would stay here 10/10 times.

The condo is in a great location for skiing. The walk to the gondola to take you to the base is about a block and a half. The condo is set up nicely for a family of four.

Expensive for what is is - The place is dark and a good walk with skis/poles to finally get to the slopes - you have to walk 200 meters, get on a gondola, then walk another 200 meters to get to the chairlift or gondola to ski. Also the amenities are also a walk - who wants to warm up in a jacuzzi only to have to walk 150 to 200 meters back to your place in the cold. Also they don't clear snow in the parking lot so are car got stuck.On the up side, the place is relatively spacious for a family of 3 - and our bed was very comfortable in the master. I would not stay there again as the place was old and tired.

the iTrip team was very responsive and we were glad to learn they have local staff available by email or text. the First Tracks condo was spacious for two people or two couples; the small porch is a great spot for coffee and bird watching. The nearby amenities were a nice surprise - well-equipped gym, heated pool and three hot tubs. Location super convenient to groceries, drugstore and restaurants as well as a short walk or bike ride to the core trail. Bus service is handy as well for downtown or other trips. Tennis is right next door too.

Overall it's hard to write this review. Communication with iTrip was great before and during the trip. My concern is there were too many interactions with iTrip during the trip. We were never actually able to use the washer and dryer. When opening the washer for the first time, there was a horrible smell and there was a lot of "junk" on the inside. Someone came by to clean it, but even after that, there was still junk inside the washer. This was a big disappointment. We also didn't have dishwasher soap for a period of time because it was out when we arrived. Another disappointment is we had a couple of large bugs crawl across the kid's beds when they are getting ready to go to bed. We really liked the location and being close to the Wildhorse Gondola. We had a great family ski trip!
