This Steamboat condo is perfectly located just one block from the base of the Steamboat Ski Area, with premium amenities that include a shared pool and hot tubs, a friendly and expedient staff, and even a complimentary downtown shuttle to take advantage of anytime you like!

This vacation rental features a well-equipped, full kitchen with a large breakfast bar plus a separate dining area with seating for six. The living area has a cozy gas fireplace and an exposed wooden beam ceiling which adds to the mountain lodge ambiance. There are also two private balconies to make it easy to step outside and enjoy some of that fresh mountain air.

The main bedroom has a king-size bed, balcony access, a TV, and a full en suite bathroom. There is a queen bed, a TV, and balcony access in the second bedroom, plus a full en suite bath. The third bedroom has two double beds and a full bathroom. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleepers.

Winter in Steamboat Springs is a magical experience the whole family will love! Be sure to check out all the fantastic winter slopes of Steamboat Ski Resort such as Kuus' Cruise and Three O'Clock for the group experts, Rainbow and Moonlight for the advanced skiers, and Why Not and Spur Run for the beginners. Afterward, grab an après-ski meal at one of the amazing mountaintop restaurants. The kids will love a trip to Howelsen Ice Arena, just three and a half miles north, where you can enjoy a pleasant open-skate on the ice and even goof off in inflated bumper cars.

You’ll find plenty of hot weather activities all over the place! Take the kids out to explore the majestic outdoor beauty of Steamboat Springs with hikes on Thunderhead Hiking Trail. The paved Yampa River Core Trail winds through town and even passes by the botanic gardens, so you can take the little ones out for a good walk while still being close to home! You’ll also be close to the fantastic greens of Rollingstone Ranch Golf Course, plus lots of other summertime activities like alpine slides, mountain biking, fishing, boating, canoeing, kayaking, and paddleboarding!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
