March Ski Trip

Very clean and well stocked. Location was great and hot tub close by. The only issue we had was with the management company. I had to ask multiple times for an early check in (we could see no one was checking out the day we checked in) with no answer. Each time they would tell me they would check with the cleaners but then no response. A little frustrating but, in the end, great place and great location.

We had a great time at our stay in steamboat. The unit was clean, well stocked and very accurately represented. Kitchen was great and had everything you need. BBQ works great. We had an excellent stay. The house was spacious, clean, and fully stocked with kitchen and laundry supplies. Other highlights: Comfortable beds, cozy fireplace, ski rack in garage, lazy boy recliner chairs in living room. Couldn't have asked for a better stay!

This condo was perfect for our needs. Clean and comfortable with new renovations that had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bathrooms had the basics which was great! The condo is very close to the mountain resort, great restaurants and the grocery store making it the perfect location for us. We would highly recommend and stay here again when visiting Steamboat Springs.

Nice updated condo!

Overall such a great ski rental! The complex was all permanent residents but they were all super friendly and helpful! The unit itself is all recently beautifully renovated and had everything you could need (not the typical tired mountain rental). Only small hiccup is we couldn’t get the fireplace to work but maybe we were missing a step. The ski shuttle is a slight walk but otherwise a great location and relatively close to the base of the ski resort. The property manager checked in although she didn’t need to as everything was super easy with check in and check out instructions. Would definitely recommend and rent again!!

Amazing Experience

Thank you for an amazing week at the Villas of Walton Creek 1413! The villa was beautifully renovated, extremely clean and had everything that we needed for a full week in Steamboat. The carpet looked like it was either brand new or just professionally cleaned! We were so impressed by the attention to detail! Instead of using the public city bus that picks up near the unit, we walked to and from the mountain every day to ski/snowboard. We rented a locker at the mountain all week and stored our skis at the mountain to avoid transporting our gear back and forth each day. Ski in/out units are a fortune so we saved money by booking this unit. We did not rent a car and the walk was very pleasant on a safe path and took about 15 min to walk to the mountain. We cooked many meals in the Villa and the kitchen was very well-equipped with everything you could ever ask for! We walked to the mountain to dine one evening and also took the city bus from the mountain to downtown one evening for dinner. Easy, quick 20 min ride from mountain on free city bus to downtown (including stops and pick- ups). Closest store to Villa is Wild Plum - a high-end specialty grocery, liquor store that has a small restaurant too. We stopped there for last minute Items a few times on the way back from the mountain. This unit has a brand new washer/dryer and also had soap, shampoo, conditioner, paper towels, TP, dish and laundry detergent - this made it so convenient and easy so we didn’t have to buy a lot of extra items! We loved sitting by the fireplace with a glass of wine after a long day on the slopes! We would definitely book this unit again! A few minor suggestions for improvements : more hotpads for cooking, more kitchen towels, master bedroom bed was firm- a memory foam mattress topper would make the bed cozier. Thank you for the most amazing week- my family agreed this was the best vacation we have ever taken!

What a fantastic place. We set this trip up last minute and it could not have gone smoother. ITrip was quick with checkin information and assisted us throughout our stay. The Villa is a great set up, 3 spacious bedrooms, nice size living space and everything needed in the kitchen to cook meals. Great location, about a 5-10 minute walk to the bus stop and only 5 minute bus ride to the base. Hot tub was about 30 yards from the front door. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay! ITrips and the condo were wonderful. We checked in and thought we didnt have hot water. ITrips sent someone over within 10 mins - lightning fast. They were the kindest and most efficient property management company to work with. They helped us to figure out the hot water situation immediately. The condo was lovely and perfect. Clean, comfortable and had everything we could possibly need. It was so close to the slopes, restaurants and town. You could walk to the slopes if you wanted. We loved that it was split level or you could stay on one level. We would definitely rent here again if we come back to Steamboat. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place with all amenities.

Shuttle was a bit of a pain - especially due to covid. Better off driving to a free lot and then taking free shuttle. Much quicker and easier. But great place overall. Need to update the listing to let people know hot tub is not available.
