“This place is an absolute jewel! We stayed here for 4 nights and it was our base to travel around. We had 2 larger rooms that were connected and it was well worth it! Luxurious rooms, impeccably clean and beautifully appointed! The location is central to everything and Sofi our hostess was crème de la crème! She is kind, welcoming, warm, caring and makes the best breakfasts! We LOVED this place and you will not be disappointed! 😎👏👏👏”

“It was great overall! One of the staff helped my fianceé carry her heavy luggage up three flights of stairs. They also had luggage storage and a nice lobby. Close to the city center! Great location, staff, and room.”

“One of the most unique experiences we have had. The property is unique to say the least. Staff helpful and accommodating. I was worried with the heat and no air conditioning but no worries at all. Windows on either side of the room allowed for the best sleep we have had so far on our trip. Our three course breakfast in the morning was absolutely superb. Steps and I mean steps away from all the sites you would want to see in Brugge. The views from our room overlooking the church and canal are……

“We stayed in a mansion suite which was amazing. The room was very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There was a delicious welcome box of Belgian chocolates waiting for us upon arrival. The buffet breakfast was incredible with options for every type of diet and a beautiful dining room. The spa was a lovely way to end the day. The location was ideal, quiet yet walkable distance to everything. I highly recommend this hotel for couples. It may be a little less appealing……

“I can’t recommend this place enough! If you get a chance to go, don’t miss it. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are wonderful. The breakfast and cozy bar are an absolute treat. A trip highlight for us!”

“In a summer of extreme heat (it was in the 90s) we often took refuge in our amazingly cool room! We were on the 3rd floor, and there is a very small elevator for baggage up and down, so most people use the stairs. The room had every comfort. A fridge, coffee and tea. Comfy bed. The staff is very helpful as well. We chose to eat breakfast out, so I can’t comment on that. I loved the location as well. Lots of places close by but not in the thick of tourist. Highly recommend!”

“Lovely hotel in a great location with very helpful staff. Nice room, but awkwardly small bathroom, and could have done with a coffee machine. Enjoyed the stay very much.”

“Hotel Lucca was a great stay. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were helpful, gave us ideas of must sees! We were also able to store luggage before check in and after check out. The hotel is centrally located. 5 minutes from the Belfry tower and square, and about 20 minute walk to the train station. Would 100% stay here again!”
