“I am very disappointed about my stay at this hotel. We noticed there was a strong Urine odour in the room and the hotel staff could smell at as well, so they moved us for the night so they could have the room deeply cleaned. “Oh my goodness, to say the staff was great is an understatement. Zara was an absolute doll. She greeted us with a cold drink and litte treats upon arrival.
