“This is a very cozy, well-appointed "apartment." The location is great for walking to most downtown restaurants, the museum, and the main square. Groceries were not a problem, as there is a Walmart in the middle of downtown. We never had any communication with the owner(s), but did not need to. The instructions for entry and checkout were very clear, and their contact information was provided. We expected a multi-story building, but this is many units on one level; each with its own parking……

“My son and I were in Fayetteville for a baseball tournament and stayed at this property. It is very nice, clean, quiet and comfortable. The beds are very firm for my taste but were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for cooking small meals but the cooktop is small. There is no oven but there is a nice toaster oven / air fryer large enough to cook a pizza in. This property is over a bike shop but that was not a problem. It was quiet and there was plenty of parking. We had a corner unit with……
