「This was the perfect place for my friend and I to stay during our girls trip to the NWA area. The beds are comfortable with very nice sized rooms. The whole place is well furnished and very clean. You do have to walk around the house and down a hill to get to the entrance however that was not a problem for us. The view from the door is beautiful. There’s a place to hang bikes and even a fix-it station.」

「We brought our family down to Bentonville for a nice weekend getaway. They managed to squeeze four bedrooms and three baths into this house and still somehow make it feel very spacious. And we managed to squeeze all five of us into the master bedroom closet as a tornado passed through town and took down trees all around us. Our car was (likely) totaled, as was the grill and some of the patio furniture. But the house, and thank fully us, remained intact. 10/10 would recommend. Stay safe out...

「If you are heading to Bentonville to bike this is the place to stay. We were able to access all the hot spots by bike or just taking a short walk. The house was immaculate and fully stocked with all the necessities. The kids can't wait to come back.」

「The property was perfect for our annual guys golf trip to Bella Vista. The location on the lake was great and we all really enjoyed the deck and patio. Everything was labeled and easy to find in the kitchen so we could cook for our entire group every night and there were plenty of beds for everyone. We will definitely be back.」

「We had a great time. The house and lake was perfect for our group. Shallow by the dock which was great for kids.. Everyone had their own room and bathroom. My grands loved the game room upstairs by the kitchen and it was nice for us to all be playing on the same floor. The host was attentive, close by and responsive to questions. 「We celebrated my father-in-law's 70th birthday with 13 people, ranging in age from six to ... 70. :) Everything was exactly as described. The kids and younger adults had a great time in the pool, and everyone enjoyed swimming in the lake and taking out the kayaks and paddleboard. It was nice to have so much space to spread out in, but even when we were all on a single floor, it felt like plenty of room. Would definitely rent the house for family again.」
