「Staff were really friendly and polite. Especially the lady at the bar who gave me a complimentary hot chocolate. Breakfast buffet was lovely, staff answered our questions and were helpful. Room was clean and big, only downside was it was really warm at night but we were given a fan which was helpful. The toilet was difficult to close/lock but it was fine as we are family sharing the room.」
