Our summer house is located on the Szczecin Bay 100m from the waterfront.Drive route Szczecin-Świnoujście and turn right na Recław( Goleniów), after 28 km pass Stepnicę and drive direction Czarnocin.After 7 km you will see KOPICE, turn left to the yelow road 100 m and follow to LATARNIK, KAPITANSKA STREET.

Our holiday home is a perfect place for all people loving nature and water sports. Our home is located in a small village named Kopice. Here you will find a peace and quiet place in nature. The close forests, meadows and various bird species (including few rare specimens) will help enjoying your relaxing time.Terrein is protected by monitoring.
A short trip with kayaks or canoes is a great opportunity to practice sport and to explore the wonderful Szczecin Bay.

On the ground floor you will find a comfortable living room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and a large terrace with view on the Szczecin Bay. On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, one with a large balcony. In the garden there is a private playground, grill&viewing platform. You will find enough place to relax and enjoy the nature. Water activies (kayaks, canoes, pedalos, boats) available 100m away in the small marina
