「It was an inconvenience from the beginning until the end. Front desk is never at their desk… I waited an hour just to check out….when front desk is finally available they don’t guide you properly they seem lost themselves.
I was never asked for an ID but was provided a key - I never received the package they are suppose to provide. I had to pay $20 a day for parking.
While I was in the room I got a message that they were going to cancel my stay due to the third party not having a picture of...
