「I expect a clean place for my stay as basic for choosing a place and the hotel exceeded on that front as well as all others. The small things add up to a good stay. 「Unique and historic hotel. I love the antique decor and the staff/ owner were very friendly. No need to leave the hotel for meals as the hotel has a quaint restaurant, with various cuisine options and offers indoor/ outdoor dining. The chef is friendly and talented. He adds west coast flare to classic meals. The Captain Crunch french toast and patty melt were 2 favorites. He even helped jump my battery after I left my lights on! 「Two of my friends didn't know what kind of bite they had on them the night they stayed! Sound insulation is not good either. Anther thing that I‘d like to say is about when we checked into the room, there was only a box with little bit tissue left in the room. Late when we used some then ran out of that tissue and I went to the front desk and asked for a box, and the stuff told me to go to the restaurant across the front desk.」

「Very nice B & B in Lake Helen. It could not have been more peaceful. The Island room was clean and comfortable.The breakfast was fine, but not elaborate. Hugo the host, was very pleasant and had a lot of info about the area. A great place to get away if visiting the areas springs or the mystic village of Cassadaga.」

「This is a tranquil property on the St. John's river. Rooms are clean, comfortable and updated. We enjoyed listening to the frogs croaking at night across the river and watching the light change at sunrise from the balcony over coffee.
