"The staff was wonderful—very friendly, welcoming, and informative! The inn itself is a bit older, and unfortunately, our room had a noticeable musty smell and some stains on the carpeting. On the plus side, there was plenty of parking and multiple keyed entrances around the building, making it easy to access our room. The location was great—close to the main streets with plenty of restaurants and shops, and just a quick, easy drive to Pictured Rocks. Overall, a convenient place to stay, though the rooms could use some updating and freshening up."

"Great location! Very close to hiking trails and to Munising while still feeling secluded and remote. Host was easy to communicate with and the check-in and out process was very easy. It easily accommodated our extended family of 11. We would stay here again!"

"We had a great experience staying here. And, we loved how quiet and immersed into the wilderness it is. Although it sits in a community of houses, it still feels remote. The amenities are above expectations, and met all of our needs. It was clean and accommodating. We will be looking forward to staying here again when we come back to Munising. Communication with the owner was always prompt and professional. 10/10"

"A great place to stay while visiting pictured rocks! Made great use of the kitchen to make home cooked meals duringour stay. Having a dishwasher was a plus. The only small comfort suggestion is that the shared space only had a single couch, so cozy sitting time was a bit cramped. Everything else was perfect!"

"Beautiful location! We did not spend much time at the cabin during the day, we were out adventuring and eating local cuisine. But we loved coming back to sit in the hot tub and stargaze. Cabin had a nice, comfortable feel, very good use of a small footprint. Two full bathrooms was a plus. Would stay again."

"Was a great place to stay. About 15 mins from the nearest town where you can find a gas stations, grocery store and food. The cabin was clean and pet-friendly. The lake view was beautiful morning, day and night. It was nice and secluded. Nothing but the sounds of nature. The wifi provided was a bonus. Would mention that outside of the cabin phone service was spotty and guest should prepare to be without GPS throughout the area. But all in all. Was a beautiful place to stay. With numerous opportunities for outdoor activities and sights"

"Great cabin. Clean cozy and nicely decorated. But the surrounding properties are awful, junk everywhere in neighbors yard, and across the driveway. Old crane , car and motor home rusting away.I thought to myself this can’t be the place, nothing in the pictures even remotely suggests this condition. Yard was somewhat messy. Has not been weed whipped or cut. Would love the cabin if on another piece of property!"

"Hands down, the best place to stay in the UP! The amount of care the owners put into this really shows. Peaceful, quiet, very clean, lots of amenities, entertainment, and appliances that provide anything and everything you would need for your stay. Very pet friendly with a beautiful yard and wooded trails off the back of the property (our favorite!). I can’t recommend this place enough. We will definitely be back!"
