The hotel was going through renovation. The signage to the room was not very clear. The swimming pool was closed and under repair. The check-in process was done virtually, which made it very cumbersome. I would not recommend staying at this hotel. There’s room for a lot of improvements.

The property is in the midst of a major renovation. The pool is closed. No ice, no amenities. No front desk only a virtual assistant. I didn’t feel comfortable there.

The room was unfinished like the wood being ripped off. And the rooms are marked like sex trafficking the rooms have tape on it and purple tape like they are marking you. and on top of that the locks are drilled out. There was litteral piss on the toilet seat and on top of it the pool isnt finished still. Its still under construction.

Garbage. Never going back. Cheaper for a reason. A kiosk instead of a front desk. Had to speak to a person through the kiosk instead of someone in person. Horrible. Rooms weren't cleaned or kept up with clean towels. No wifi. No continental breakfast. No local TV, only apps.. Could have lived without some of thoae extras, if the bare minimums would have been done, but they weren't. Highly recommend going anywhere else, even sleeping in your own vehicle is a better option.

This was awful! There was no person onsite when I checked in on a Saturday afternoon. There was a woman talking through a kiosk and helping us. The front desk was piled high with boxes--it looked like no one had been at the desk in quite a while. The pool was completely drained and looked like there is no intention of repairing it. The door to enter the pool area where the rooms are did not require card access--anyone could come in. The outside door near our room also did not latch, so anyone could enter that door even if they were not a guest. The blanket on the bed had dog pawprints on it. Possibly just stains but still gross to see. This place was the worst!

No internet in the room at all. Falsly advertised that it was a jetted tub…the tub is not jetted and looks like a cheap 1960s or older tub with flakes and debris in it. Poor paint jobs and sketchy work on the mirrors. Random out of place couch sitting under the tv not facing it. Pool and hot tub in maintenance or something. No actual host just a kiosk with a video chatting host that has you do all the work to check in. Patchy ceiling, dirty floors. Not a fan of the false advertising on the internet and jetted tubs…

Dirty, garbage everywhere in the hallways. The entire hotel smells like garbage. Rooms were very in bad shape. Shower dirty. Desk chair dirty. Beds are called "queen" they are actually "full". The worst thing is that we could not sleep because the doors to the rooms and the doors to the elevator shut extremely loud and someone slammed a door about every 30 minutes all night long. The last one I heard was 3:30 a.m and then they started again at 4:30 a.m.

I don't even know where to begin. The property smelled, there were full garbage cans in the hallways and the entire property was in a condition where guests should not be allowed to stay! When we finally found our room, the alarm clock was blaring and we opened the door to be overwhelmed with a musty smell. The room was dirty and the alarm clock was covered in mold and the entire wing of the hotel smelled awful. We immediately turned around and left. The hotel said I had to get a refund with Expedia which I will be attempting this morning. I have stayed in many less than glamourous hotels, but this by far was the worst. The health department should really pay them a visit. I am surprised Expedia partners with that hotel. We ended up finding a last minute room down the road - thank goodness. If given the choice between the hotel and my car, I would have chosen my car!

They have a kiosk that was set up with a live video call of someone who was transcribing everything being said. They processed our reservation and printed out our keycards, but they weren't even available right away. A group of men who ran the Hotel were sitting on the couches of the Hotel lobby watching us, and as soon as they saw that we weren't being helped, they had to call the man who was supposed to be on the live video call to wake up and help us. We were then initially sent to a room that was being repainted and retiled, I think. We ended up waiting another 10 minutes to be sent to a room that was covered in dust from drywall and probably other things I didn't know about. It looked clean, but it clearly hadn't been taken care of in a long time. These were people doing the bare minimum. I asked for a refund, and they said they would contact me later. I have not been contacted or refunded.

I absolutely do NOT recommend anyone staying here. This place should definitely not even be open for business. It was extremely dirty. Everything was falling apart. Moldy/mildew water in the toilet. Shower was so dirty. It does not look like it’s been cleaned in MONTHS. Bed and couch was disheveled and soooooo dirty. The pictures online do not look anything like it does in person. Nobody was working the check in. Not just last night, but today as well. It was a virtual kiosk. I walked into the room, and walked RIGHT back out. I went back the next day to take pics to show my Husband and Expedia. Also, there is a lock on the outside door that you could easily put a padlock on it and have the front doors locked from the outside. I never write bad reviews, but this was completely unacceptable for any property, much less a Ramada by Wyndham.
