「I want to start by thanking Jap for allowing us to check in early. We really appreciated it. Unfortunately, the house needed a thorough cleaning and dusting before we arrived. We live nearby and stayed here while our home was undergoing renovations. I had to bring my own cleaning spray, hand soap, sponge, and dish soap. 「This is a simple but comfortable little place in an absolutely beautiful location. Malibu's beaches are about 10 minutes away and there are lots of hiking options in the canyon as well. The town of Topanga has some great restaurants and coffee too. There is no A/C, but fans are provided and it gets cool at night. I felt like I was at a secret hideaway and loved it!」

「Gevork was a great host! He was very responsive and accommodating! The house was amazing! Plenty of games, fire pit , large kitchen, and giant tv!! Loved the design, and the amenities. Very family friendly neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.」

「This small guest house is located in a great area of Simi Valley close to shopping and restraunts. The owner was very easy to communicate with and responsive. Our only issue was no designated parking and had to park on the street. That is kind of on us, because where we live, parking is not an issue. Needless to say we do not live in California. But the house is beautiful and the host ever so nice. We would stay here again if we ever come back.」

「Just as described, great location for us. Street parking was always available near the house. Thank you!」

「Morley St in Simi was great! Marvin is a fantastic host….communication was outstanding. Location is super handy. Good off-street parking. The best mattresses. And a very comfortable clean sectional in spacious non cluttered living room. New appliances in a bright cheerful kitchen. Great for families, especially kids. Beautiful things growing all around. Mornings are delightful. So much to enjoy! Thanks Marvin!」

「Great place to stay close to everything in the LA area」
