Our family had a great stay. House and pool were clean and the property was exactly as advertised. Easy commute to Warren Dunes for some beach time. When we weren’t at the beach or pool we were playing Mariocart on the Nintendo Switch. Would stay again!

Lots of fun activities

There were lots of fun activities in the house that kept us entertained the whole weekend! Pool, ping pong, darts, Mario-party, and card games were some of our favorites. The kitchen had everything we needed with plenty of seating. The house was spacious for all 8 of us. We had such a great time and are looking forward to returning this summer!

Terrific mini vacation

We had such a lovely time here. The backyard is an oasis in the burbs! Heated pool, hot tub, fire pit--we enjoyed it all. And when it rained on us, we played ping pong in the garage and foosball in the game room. Our kids were in heaven. Not to mention that the house is 15 mins from Warren Dunes or SIlver Beach--both wonderful days out, Definitely recommend.

Very nice house

Stayed over the weekend for a family gateway. The house was immaculate, everything and extras( like pack&play and high chair for a baby!) provided. Enjoyed the hot tub outside, and the kids loved the game room! Would love to use the swimming pool, but being in Michigan you can’t really swim outside in winter. Great location to enjoy hiking in Grand Mere State Park - like 8 minutes drive from the house. Overall very positive experience, definitely recommend! in Michigan

The property is very well kept, clean, pleasantly furnished and decorated but overly sensitive to noise. Even a bit of a music sound after 10pm (coming from inside the house ) triggers the complain. We weren't having a party just goofing around with kids (6-12years old) and doing dance off. Overall very good a pleasant stay.

Very fun stay!

The check-in process and communications with the property managers was top notch! Very quick to respond! As soon as you walk in, you feel welcomed and at home. The kitchen has everything you would need, and bonus points, they have labels on all the cupboards and drawers! Made navigation around the kitchen very easy. We had a lot of fun in the game rooms, made the days we had bad weather exciting to stay in!The location was perfect in proximity to other attractions nearby, very short drive in every direction. The kids room was cool, our 11 year old loved it! The other two rooms were pretty identical, nice sized beds with large tvs. Each side of the beds also had charge stations, huge plus for us! Mattresses are pretty firm, but with a nice memory foam. Definitely recommend staying in this nice little gem!

Magnificent Michigan

First trip to Lake Michigan and all I can say is, we’ll definitely be back! The Poolside Playhouse was amazing. Very clean, even by my germ-a-phobic standards. Plenty to do with tons of games, televisions in every room, WiFi, erc. Kitchen has everything you need. Pool was spectacular! Everything was exactly as described, and better! Communication with Tony was great. He was attentive and we had everything we needed for our “rest and relax”get-away. Would most definitely recommend!!

Perfect place for our family vacation with young children! Super convenient to downtown and the beaches. Hosts are quick to respond to any questions or needs you may have. Pool has safety fence around it which was a huge added bonus for us with our young kids! Definitely recommend!

This was a super property! We were in town for a family wedding, with family coming from far and near. We were able to spend our afternoons with family and friends enjoying the amenities of this home.. afternoons sitting under the gazebo, evenings playing ping pong and pool... mornings in the hot tub and pool... and it was a short 6 minutes to the wedding venue! The next time we'll spend our time exploring the Stevensville and St. Joe area ... which is also so close... loved it!

Quick summer break

It was wonderful! House, pool, hot tub, lovely yard, game room—all super fun for our family of four. And a 15 minute drive to Warren Dunes made it an ideal location. We even had some drama on the property during our stay—a hose burst—but the property managers and owners were efficient and respectful of our presence. Would recommend to anyone looking for a memorable, chill time (it’s in a quiet residential neighborhood) with friends or family.

We had a wonderful stay over the long Labor Day weekend with our 4-year-old and 1-year-old. The home was very family- and child-friendly, with thoughtful touches like a pack and play and baby gate provided. We loved the extra game space in the garage and the lounge/game room in the basement. The outdoor area was a perfect setup — we especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and just relaxing outside. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, and the neighbors were very friendly. Inside, the kitchen layout was spacious and made it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals together. The beds were comfy and our oldest son loved the bunk room. The house was very clean, and the host was extremely responsive throughout our stay.

So Much Fun!

The property is well kept, well stocked, and SO MUCH FUN! We loved the layout of the house, the yard, and all the fun things included. The neighborhood is so nice and quiet, too. I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a “family style” vacation!

Perfect Getaway!

This house was everything we could’ve hoped for and more! There was so many fun things to do at the house.. We didn’t even have enough time to use it all! Very clean and cozy. This was perfect for our girls weekend away but would be great for a family getaway as well. Tony was amazing with communication and responds very quickly! This was very helpful for me since I live out of state. 10/10 would recommend!

Awesome family vacation rental

Amazing house!! Pulling into the driveway, we were a little skeptical because it appeared to be a normal residential house you’d see in any suburb. Walked in and we were blown away. House is absolutely gorgeous. Everything was immaculate and clean. Had everything we could want including a pack and play and a much needed baby gate we forgot to pack. Pool was awesome and heated, which helped bc the weather was 58-62 all week. The basement game room and garage game room kept the whole family happy. Wife and I would ping pong it up when we got the littles to bed. House is super close to grand mere state park and silver beach, both are short drives. House also close to several stores and restaurants. Home owner was extremely quick to respond to any questions we had, which weren’t many bc house had it all. If you can’t decide between this house and another, pick this one! You will not be disappointed!
