「Everything was in perfect order except the hot tub which was out of order. Everything was clean and the room was not disturbed when we asked for it until we checked out after the third day.」

「The room smelled like a combination of ammonia, dog urine and a cleaning agent that didn’t cover the smells. The water pressure was very low in shower and previous hairs left in shower and toilet area」
